RPM recently handled all aspects of a massive job for a US Goverment Department to decommission +300K sqft across 9 buildings, extracting, moving & reinstalling complex lab equipment, packaging chemicals & removed surplus assets. We utilized heaving rigging for oversized/specialty equipment and managed the move construction into the new space. We attained security clearances through DoD and ultimately received commendations for quality & safety.
Our client needed to outfit a 10K sq. ft. office designed for collaboration, productivity, and a modern open-concept feel while addressing post-pandemic reintegration. RPM offered multiple design and budget options, from reusing existing furniture to purchasing new. The client ultimately chose a budget-friendly, eco-conscious approach, utilizing furniture RPM sourced from other projects. This solution provided over 50 sit-stand workstations, 4 offices, 3 conference rooms, a training room, and 2 cafes—delivered on time and within budget.
A longtime partner of RPM called on Saturday with a facilities emergy and needed to move all medical equiptment to a new facility quickly to limit downtime seeing patients. RPM using relationships, resourcefulness and it's own team mobilized and moved and setup the equipment on Sunday & Monday with the facility able to take patients again on Tuesday.
