RPM recently handled all aspects of a massive job for a US Goverment Department to decommission +300K sqft across 9 buildings, extracting, moving & reinstalling complex lab equipment, packaging chemicals & removed surplus assets. We utilized heaving rigging for oversized/specialty equipment and managed the move construction into the new space. We attained security clearances through DoD and ultimately received commendations for quality & safety.
Sustainable Furnishing on a Budget
Our client needed to outfit a 10K sq. ft. office designed for collaboration, productivity, and a modern open-concept feel while addressing post-pandemic reintegration. RPM offered multiple design and budget options, from reusing existing furniture to purchasing new. The client ultimately chose a budget-friendly, eco-conscious approach, utilizing furniture RPM sourced from other projects. This solution provided over 50 sit-stand workstations, 4 offices, 3 conference rooms, a training room, and 2 cafes—delivered on time and within budget.
Healthcare Move Almost Overnight
A longtime partner of RPM called on Saturday with a facilities emergy and needed to move all medical equiptment to a new facility quickly to limit downtime seeing patients. RPM using relationships, resourcefulness and it's own team mobilized and moved and setup the equipment on Sunday & Monday with the facility able to take patients again on Tuesday.

When a U.S.-based cargo airline needed to relocate over 100,000 sq. ft. of operations—including refrigeration equipment, racking, airplane parts, and supplies—they turned to RPM after struggling to find comprehensive support. RPM managed the entire project, including furniture procurement and installation, moving and reinstalling warehouse racking and roller systems, refrigerated storage, and inventory relocation. We also secured and maintained required security clearances with Homeland Security, FAA, FBI, and Miami-Dade, ensuring a seamless and secure transition.
Complex Decom for Large Financial Institution
RPM was entrusted by a national Fortune 100 financial institution to decommission a 24 story building down to core & windows, back to 'as-built'. This job included pulling all HVAC, Source Panels, Fire Surpression, Data Center, Raised Floor removal, extracting UPS (power systems) and heavy rigging. This was one of many national locations for this RPM partner, and ultimately we saved our them a lot of costs.

Large & Multi-Phase Projects
Over the years, RPM has completed several large-scale projects for a valued large corporate partner. Highlights include consolidating multiple U.S. corporate sites into a 300K sq. ft. location for 1,200 employees, managing furniture design, procurement, and installation. We built a Foreign Trade Zone to U.S. specifications, relocated and reinstalled a security building onto a new foundation, and deconstructed, moved, and reconstructed racking, safety equipment, and metal caging within a distribution center. Additionally, we relocated and reconfigured a conveyor line, ensuring precise leveling and secure installation for optimized operations.

RPM transformed a former manufacturing facility into a premium Class A office space through a complete redesign. We handled everything from installing new walls, floors, ceilings, and energy-efficient windows to upgrading lighting, electrical systems, and custom furnishings. Landlord - Tenant Build Out / Improvement
We partner with landlords to both for new tenant specifications and to renovate to owner specifications to make more attractive to future tenants. Recently we've done work including retrofitting to include electric, mechanical, plumbing standards, changing layouts and implementing design aesthetics inside, as well as removed branding, made exterior improvements and redone parking lots.
