Yes. Most of our office relocations happen after office hours, either evenings or weekends, so you can be confident that there is minimal downtime and disruption to your business. 

There is no one size fits all price for a commercial facility project and costs can vary greatly. To accurately assess your project, we provide a free, no-obligation site survey. Our managers will discuss your business requirements and answer any questions you may have during the site survey.  We can price a la carte for services as well as to handle all aspects of your project.   We also are very willing to coordinate with preferred vendors you may have to help with the project.  

We tailor our services to each unique project, and offer transparency in our pricing helping create solutions to manage to your budget, timing and other needs. 

No. Our consultants will visit you on-site, free of charge, as many times as necessary to scope out every detail of your office removals project. This is to ensure that we provide you with an accurate quotation for your move. 

Yes. For speed of quicker proposals or ballpark costs, pictures or video surveys can suffice.  However, we strongly advise clients to opt for an onsite survey to allow our consultants to better understand the environment of the workspace and give you a more accurate quote. 

Yes. Your designated Project Manager will get in touch and arrange all that for you with your property management, both where you are leaving including decommissioning requirements and where you are going. 

Yes – we have experience with industrial, medical, specialized complex including IT equipment. Our Project Manager will advise accordingly during the site survey. 

Usually – subject to the type/size of equipment. Our consultant will advise accordingly during the site survey and may be able to offer alternatives to meet your needs.

Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible in order to secure your preferred booking day and give us the best chance to prepare properly for your office move. Booking dates are subject to availability.   That said, we have turned around projects very quickly for partners when they are in need and an unexpected and urgent project comes up.

 Yes. RPM is a specialist in moving your office and supplies from Point A to Point B – and everywhere in between! Our team of expert packers will help pack and unpack your items, making sure your office assets are fully protected during transit. 

We do provide post-move service to retrieve unused packing materials, unpacked boxes and all debris at the end of the service from the site after move-day.

Your quotation is inclusive of the collection of boxes and other discarded packing materials at the end of the move.

RPM has a great team of experienced IT specialists in moving sensitive IT equipment. Just provide us with details of the equipment you need to move and leave the rest to us. 

Yes. The movers and packers through RPM are highly trained and experienced in dismantling and reassembling office furniture. Let your Move Manager know prior to your move if you would like this service. 

Yes. If you need a place to keep your office assets for any period while between moves then we provide the storage.  We also can keep your inventory warehoused to deploy as needed to any of your locations.  

RPM can be your general contractor or oversee all aspects of your project, or can do components of your project or even just consult if you feel you need an unbiased and experienced 3rd party to help provide perspective and/or management.  

RPM's value comes from the ability to engage as you need it to take work off your plate as the responsible party in your organization to help save time and money and ensure high quality work is completed.   Having centralized communications and ability to resolve issues is a high value RPM provides.

We help look at the total budget, coordinate between construction teams, trades, movers, landlord as well ensure furniture & IT needs are incorporated and coordinated.    Rarely does any project going 100% according to plan, having the experience to adjust to whatever obstacle comes up is what separates RPM to ensure you stay on budget and cost, and in some cases can adjust scope on the fly for something your organization now needs.  

RPM's business is built on the trust we've earned from our partners.  As we begin working with new clients we have the most success with the client is engaged to ensure all needs are being met.   As the relationships continues, many clients do not need to be as engaged as we understand the organization's need and anticipate them without needing guidance.
