Yes. For speed of quicker proposals or ballpark costs, pictures or video surveys can suffice. However, we strongly advise clients to opt for an onsite survey to allow our consultants to better understand the environment of the workspace and give you a more accurate quote.

Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible in order to secure your preferred booking day and give us the best chance to prepare properly for your office move. Booking dates are subject to availability. That said, we have turned around projects very quickly for partners when they are in need and an unexpected and urgent project comes up.

Yes. RPM is a specialist in moving your office and supplies from Point A to Point B – and everywhere in between! Our team of expert packers will help pack and unpack your items, making sure your office assets are fully protected during transit.
We do provide post-move service to retrieve unused packing materials, unpacked boxes and all debris at the end of the service from the site after move-day.
Your quotation is inclusive of the collection of boxes and other discarded packing materials at the end of the move.

Yes. If you need a place to keep your office assets for any period while between moves then we provide the storage. We also can keep your inventory warehoused to deploy as needed to any of your locations.
It depends. There are a lot of factors that could make your office moving experience longer or shorter. Office moves can take anywhere from one month to one year. But don’t worry, our movers are trained to plan your move with as minimum disruption as possible.
RPM offers protection for your office assets such as furniture, IT equipment and etc., puts you in control. You could opt for full replacement cost coverage on your office assets. One way or the other, we'll make it right.
